How quickly can I actually get a practical test?
Most of our learners are testing within 1 to 8 weeks of booking their course. That support is part of what you pay for, not an extra you bolt on afterwards. If a date in that window does not come through, your money back in full.
What do I need before I can book?
A provisional driving licence is all you need to start lessons. You'll need a theory test pass before a practical can be booked, so bring both numbers if you have them. If theory is still outstanding, tell us and we'll plan around it.
Do I need to have passed my theory test first?
Yes, and that one isn't ours to waive. The DVSA won't allow any practical test to be booked without a valid theory pass certificate. If you haven't sat yours yet, tell us when you book and we'll plan your hours around it rather than leave you waiting.
What happens if six hours isn't enough for me?
Then six hours isn't your course. Six suits learners who have already driven and need focused time before their test. Courses run from 6 to 40 hours, and the course finder above will tell you honestly which one fits. We'd rather put you in the right course than the shortest one.
What if a date in 1 to 8 weeks doesn't come through?
Then your money back in full. We'd rather refund you than have you sitting on a course waiting for something that isn't happening. Full terms are on our terms page and they're worth two minutes before you book.
Can I use your car on test day?
Yes, and it is included rather than an extra. Use of the school car on test day comes with every intensive course. Sitting your test in the car you have trained in removes one more unfamiliar thing on a day that already has plenty.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Payl8r monthly plans are available on every intensive course.
Which test centres do you cover?
Cheetham Hill, West Didsbury, Sale, Bredbury, Bury, Bolton and Chadderton. Your instructor trains you on the real routes used at whichever centre you're testing at, so the roads, junctions and manoeuvre spots are familiar long before you turn up on the day.
How soon can I start?
Courses run seven days a week, 9am to 8pm, and we pick you up from your door across 30+ areas of Greater Manchester. Leave your postcode and we'll come back within 15 minutes with the earliest start we have near you.
Will I have the same instructor the whole way through?
Yes. One DVSA approved instructor from your first lesson to your test, so nobody is starting again with you every week. It's the difference between building on the last lesson and repeating it. Female instructors are available on request, just say so when you book.
